Ironically enough Josy D’Amico never sought out a career in real estate but after 11 years as a respected sales representative serving Hamilton and its surrounding areas; it is obvious that the right job found her! After being a business owner for over 10 years (operating the children’s clothing store Rodeo Kids) Josy had honed her business and people skills developing many relationships in the community.

After ten years as a full time, award winning Re/Max Del Mar Realtor, Josy decided to join forces and form The REALTORS® Of Where You Live.  As a life-long resident of Hamilton, a mother of three and active in community, church and school-related activities, Josy knew she had the practical knowledge to do more than “just” help her clients find a house.

“For a while there I think people thought that REALTORS® were becoming an obsolete profession and I can understand why it would be easy to think that. When you have so many online resources like MLS available, you start questioning why you even need a REALTOR®. But while it’s easy to access information and listings, what is missing is the knowledge and experience to really evaluate the merits of a property in its entirety. These days, people want more than the perfect house, they also want the perfect neighbourhood and to know more about their community. You would not believe how many thousands of dollars have been lost because the home owners didn’t understand their selection of paint colour was turning off buyers. That’s what I am here for.
